Basic Discovery
- It is used to discover directly connected LSR neighbors.
- LSR send hello messages as UDP packets to all routers on this subnet using destination IP address as 224.0.0.2 to discover neighbor.
- Hello Message has LDP Identifier is 6 Byte (4 Byte Router ID + 2 Byte Label space).
- 4 Byte Router ID is configurable - By Default, RID is Highest Loopback interface or active interface (if no loopback interface configured)
